- Ordered before 17:00? We will ship your order the same day.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
- If you wish to change the address after ordering, please contact us immediately at info@ravecap.nl. We cannot change your order once it has been shipped.
- Please ensure the correct address is entered. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided by you. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding shipping costs) and ask you to resubmit the order.
